We sat down for an exclusive one-on-one with Angella Bennett, Regional Director of the Jamaica Tourist Board, who oversees the North American market.

In our interview, Bennett shared that Jamaica has already generated $2.4 billion in tourism revenue this year, setting a record pace for the island. She also addressed misconceptions about safety, pointing to U.S. travel advisories that confirm crime in Jamaica is less than 0.1% in tourist areas.

For her, the takeaway is clear: “Jamaica is thriving, safe, and ready to welcome the world.”
